I’m a Certified Career and Professional Development Coach with nearly 20 years of experience as a certified Human Resources Professional. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and received Professional in Human Resource Management certification (PHR) through LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY in 1999. I'm a graduate of the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) where I received my coaching certification and was certified as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
My career in HR has been in many different industries. I’ve worked in technology, trucking and warehousing, insurance, construction, manufacturing, behavioral health and primary healthcare before running my own business.
My Coaching practice focuses on identifying levels of Energy Leadership and how they correlate to practices and behaviors that make each leader successful and those that are not working out well for them.
I reinforce my client's strengths and help them work through blocks that may be keeping them from moving forward in a way that positively impacts themselves, their teams and their business’ success.
One thing has always been clear, the similar issues and challenges exist in almost every business. Areas of concentration are Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Relationships in my coaching and workshops. I thrive on cultivating positive transformation for a workplace by developing leaders who inspire and bring out the best in themselves and their teams.
